Certificate of Authenticity from Investment Research Institute (founded 1983) will be included, and it will reference the serial number on the banknote, and have a numbered hologram attachment on the authenticity certificate. Notes have been examined under a UV blacklight and the security specks can been seen on both obverse and reverse (front and back) even with a weak UV blacklight. The picture numbers are as follows. 2 Front: Under regular light. Under high quality UV blacklight. Under low quality UV blacklight. A high quality UV blacklight is one that plugs into the wall. Corners may have very slight rounding due to being shrink-wrapped in a bundle or a brick. The authenticity certificate will be tri-folded.
